The objective of the Transnational Law Program (TLP) and of the Transnational GLaM Program (TGP) is to provide an opportunity for students to obtain a transnational legal education.
Trento Faculty of Law offers this programs in close cooperation with Washington University School of Law (WUSOL) in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA (https://acadinfo.wustl.edu/CourseListings).
For Trento students the TLP program is intended to prepare lawyers for the globalizing legal market, enabling them to be admitted at the same time to the USA “Bar exam” and to the Italian “esame per l’abilitazione alla professione forense”. The TGP is the equivalent program dedicated to GLaM students. However, please note that TGP/GLaM students will not be eligible to take the US "Bar exam".
